When the holidays roll around, your gift budget is in the bag
Start your Holiday Club Savings account any time during the year—the earlier you open it, the more time your balance has to grow. For easy, consistent saving, we recommend setting up automatic transfers.On the first business day of November, your accumulated Holiday Club funds will be disbursed according to the payout method you selected when opening the account. You can choose to:
- Receive a mailed check, or
- Have the funds transferred directly into your Monterra Credit Union checking account.
Your Holiday Club account remains open even after the November payout, allowing you to continue saving for the next holiday season. To help you stay on track with your savings goals, withdrawals before November 1 are not permitted. If an early withdrawal is necessary, the entire balance must be withdrawn, and the account will be closed.
