If you're a member and want to open another account type, you can save time by logging into Online Banking and applying as your personal information will be filled in for you. If you would like to become a new member, know that membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in San Mateo County, the City of Palo Alto, and certain areas of San Francisco. When opening a new membership account with us, you will need to provide information such as a valid ID, address, contact, and employment information.
