To register, please visit a branch. Only a controlling Member Representative (responsible Officer who designates a Member Representative, Beneficial Owner, or any Authorized Signer) can register for Business Online Banking, utilizing the business member information, such as member number, business EIN/TIN, email, and zip code. The controlling Member Representatitive can create the Business Online Banking profile which allows access for Sub-Users (other member representatives, bookkeepers, CPAs, etc) within the Business Administration module.

Monterra Credit Union's Business Online Banking platform includes features for managing additional users, known as Sub-Users who are authorized to access your online banking and accounts. Examples of a Sub-User include a bookkeeper, CPA or office manager. The creation of a Sub-User is completed through the Business Administration module. Sub-User are administered and authorized by the Business Online Banking administrator, or controlling Member Representative user. Monterra Credit Union is not able to assist a Sub-User  with account-related tasks or account maintenance.

Note:  Granting Sub-User access is part of a premium service that requires a review of your online banking profile prior to granting access to Sub-Users. Please visit a branch to learn more.
