Act quickly when your card is lost

We (or you) can cancel your current card. Then we'll work on getting you a new one.

Here's what to do

  • Use the Monterra Card Manager App to block your card by selecting “Card Controls” from the main menu. If you don't have the app, make sure you download it from the App Store or Google Play for added security.
  • In the meantime, call (650) 363-1725 to report your card missing and order a replacement.
  • You can also visit one of our branch locations for an instantly issued replacement card. A digital version of your card will be ready within two or three hours of your order.
